This report describes the work undertaken to characterise the shallow subsurface geology (Quaternary) at Eddleston in the Scottish Borders. In order to produce the GSI3D model the site was re-surveyed, trial pits were excavated, boreholes sunk and a series of geophysical surveys were undertaken. The three dimensional model is part of a study including hydrogeology and soil hydrology to assess the impact of flooding within the Eddleston Water floodplain.
