Duringworkplace drug testing, urine specimens are also tested for sample dilution,substitution, and adulteration. Often when urine sample validity testingindicates such sample modifications, donors argue that these irregularities aredue to medical or health conditions, working conditions, dietary habits, orgenetic differences.
