This report, the second in a series, is designed to summarize and present recommendations for improved CO₂ separation technology for industrial processes. This report provides an overview of 1) the principal CO₂ producing processes, 2) the current commercial separation technologies and 3) emerging adsorption and membrane technologies for CO₂ separation, and makes recommendations for future research.
