【 摘 要 】

The intended audience of this European EnvironmentAgency (EEA) publication is the professionalenvironmental evaluation community, that is,evaluators of European environment and climatepolicies, the EEA's networks and interested evaluationprofessionals, including those that are active in theEuropean Environmental Evaluators Network (EEEN).The publication aims to facilitate a dialogue on policyevaluation, by clearly setting out the EEA's views onsome of the challenges that evaluators encounter in theareas of environment and climate policy.
