【 摘 要 】

This Decree shall apply to tobacco products produced and distributed in Hungary, except for the cases under Article 16. Title 1 contains general provisions, among which definitions. Title 2 regards the production and importation of tobacco products. Title 3 sets out limit values for certain substances. Title 4 provides rules on labelling, including combined warnings usable on packages. Titles 5 concerns the health protection fine. Title 6 lays down the conditions of marketing of tobacco products
