【 摘 要 】

The Government decrees to validate the Regulations. Section IV of the Regulation on retail trade regards the particulars of retail trade of foodstuffs specifying that information regarding foodstuffs must comply with compulsory standards and must contain the following data: the list of food ingredients, including food additives, categories of users (for infant food, medical and prophylactic food and dietary food), compliance certificate of the producer, conditions of storage and production date.
