【 摘 要 】

These Regulations provide rules for the prevention, control and eradication of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs) in animals. They shall apply to the production and placing on the market of live animals and products of animal origin and in certain specific cases to exports thereof. The Regulations consist of seven Chapters, completed by several schedules. Chapter II describes the determination of BSE. Chapter III regards the prevention of TSE. The preventive measures include a moni
