【 摘 要 】

This Act requires all slaughtering of bulls, cows, oxen, heifers, steers, calves, sheep and swine to take place in a public slaughterhouse or a slaughterhouse for which a licence is obtained under this Act. This rule does not apply to slaughtering carried out in the presence of an inspector and in accordance with a permit issued by an inspector and if the carcases of the stock slaughtered are taken immediately after slaughter to be dressed, at a public slaughterhouse, licensed slaughterhouse or
