【 摘 要 】

These Regulations amend the Food and Feed Hygiene Regulations 2009 so as to confirm that a registering authority, including the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine or the Food Safety Authority of Ireland may prosecute certain offences relating to food and feed hygiene in the District Courts. They also update references to relevant European Regulations.
