【 摘 要 】

This Act, consisting of 133 sections divided into 14 Parts and completed by one Schedule, aims at imposing controls related to the possession, sale, use and application of chemical products, and the manufacture, sale and use of fertilizers and stockfoods that ensure sustainable agriculture by protecting the health of the general public, the environment, the health and welfare of animals, and domestic and export trade in agriculture produce.
