【 摘 要 】

This Order, consisting of 42 sections, implements Rules and Regulations of the Food Safety Act of 2013. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 39, Republic Act 10611, otherwise known as the “Food Safety Act of 2013”, the Department of Agriculture (DA) and the Department of Health (DOH) hereby jointly adopt and promulgate the following Rules and Regulations, promulgated to facilitate compliance with the provisions of the Food Safety Act of 2013. Rule 1.3 states that the Food Safety Act of 2013 sha
