【 摘 要 】

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of Ministry of Fisheries (MINPESMAR). This Statute, consisting of 32 articles divided into four Chapters and three Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Ministry of Fisheries, entitled to perform the below mentioned activities: elaborate implement, supervise and control the management and planning of aquatic resources, innovation and technological development in the marine area under Angolan jurisdiction
