【 摘 要 】

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Ministry of Trade (MINCO). The Statute, consisting of 27 articles divided into four Chapters and two Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Ministry, entitled to perform the following activities: proposing, formulating, conducting, executing, evaluating, controlling and supervising Executive policies in the field of commerce, rural and strategic reserve; proposing incentives for the establishment o
