【 摘 要 】

The present Ordinance enforces the Market Structure Act of 20 April 2013 (BGBl. I p. 917). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the further development of market structure in the sphere of agriculture. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Producer organizations and their associations (2); Inter-branch organizations (3); Specific provisions for the product area of wine (4); Specific provisions for the production area mi
