【 摘 要 】

This Law, consisting of 10 articles, creates the CUIDAR - Supplementary Feeding Programme, through the supply of milk food supplements in order to guarantee food security, through the supply of dairy supplements to children belonging to families that are in situation of social vulnerability due to of financial insufficiency. It will be considered in a situation of social vulnerability the family that is inserted in the Single Social Cadastre - CADSU, current database of social programmes of the
