【 摘 要 】

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the authorized institution for the registration and authorization to use place of origin for potable mineral water shall be the Ministry of Social Development, while the Ministry of Agriculture shall be the authorized institution for the registration and authorization of place of origin for agricultural commodities, foodstuffs, beverages, liquors, apiculture products and seafood.
