The decree is divided in the following Chapters: I, General Provisions; II, Hygiene and safety in Food Production and Trading; III, State Management Responsibilities for Food Hygiene and Safety and responsibilities in the prevention and overcoming of food poisoning and food-borne diseases; IV, Examination and Inspection of Food Hygiene and Safety; V, Implementation Provisions.
