The present Regulations were made under the Agri-Food Act (S.S. 1990-91, c. A-15.2) which was repealed by the Agri-Food Act, 2004. These Regulations continue in force under the Act of 2004. Section 3 establishes the Saskatchewan Mustard Development Plan. The plan applies to: a) all of Saskatchewan; and b) all persons engaged in: i) the production of mustard; or ii) the marketing of mustard. The purpose of the plan is to develop the mustard industry in Saskatchewan. Under section 6 the Saskatchew
