【 摘 要 】

The present Law determines legal status of consumer cooperatives, organizational, economic and social conditions of their setting up, functioning, reorganization and liquidation, rights and duties of their members, plenary powers and liability of managing bodies and control. The document consists of 6 sections that contain 40 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-8) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 9-12) regards setting up consumer cooperative. Section 3 (arts. 13-16) regards membership of
