The purpose of this Regulation is to establish requirements for natural mineral water, its recognition and handling. The quality requirements for potable water provided for in Water Act and the special requirements for treatment, water extraction equipment, labelling and microbiological conditions of spring water provided for in this Regulation shall be applied to spring water used for drinking purposes.
