【 摘 要 】

No person shall set fire to any vegetation which is not his property unless he has lawful authority so to do. "Vegetation" means growing or standing vegetation, and includes any tree and any part thereof, and any bust, shrub, brushwood, undergrowth, grass, crops and stubble.
