【 摘 要 】

This Presidential Decree, consisting of 40 articles divided into eight Chapters, establishes the Management of Protected Areas. The objective of this Presidential Regulation aims to prevent damage to environmental sector. The goal is managing the protection of the nature, climate, plants and animals and the cultural heritage as well as the historical and cultural values of the nation.
