【 摘 要 】

The present Ordinance by the Governing Council implements the Law of 27 September 2004 on the management of extradordinary situations. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Justice and Security Office is responsible for the coordination of measures in general and for financing in all matters concerning population protection and public safety.
