【 摘 要 】

This Notice, made under section 41 of the Environmental Management Act, designates as an environmentally sensitive species (ESS) the Manatee (a marine mammal described in Part I of the Schedule). The reason for the designation of the ESS is to meet the objectives set out in Part II (including furtherance of Government’s international obligations under CITES, the Ramsar Convention and the Protocol concerning Specially Protected Areas and Wildlife to the Convention for the Protection and Developme
