【 摘 要 】

The present Order establishes the modalities of calculation of environmental charges collected from physical and legal persons. Nature managers shall be charged for the following environmental impact: (a) emissions of pollutants into atmosphere from stationary and non-stationary sources; (b) effluent waste water discharge; (c) disposal of industrial and consumer waste.
