【 摘 要 】

This Decree provides for sanctioning forms, levels and procedures for administrative violations in the domain of environmental protection. Sanctions shall be imposed on violations of regulations on: environmental protection commitments; environmental impact assessment and strategic environment assessment; discharge of waste water; discharge of gas and dust; noise and vibration levels; discharge of solid wastes; waste management; biological safety; nature conservation; soil, water and air polluti
