【 摘 要 】

The present Decree establishes the modalities of the state registration of ozone depleting substances causing greenhouse effect. The state registration of ozone depleting substances shall be carried out for the purpose of the implementation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection shall be the authorized institution entitled with the task of keeping the state register of ozone depleting substances. Keeping of the
