【 摘 要 】

This Decree establishes that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection within its sphere of competence must submit to database on genetic engineering organisms the following information: (a) officials of the Ministry responsible for biosecurity (Annex 1); (b) normative legislative acts on biosecurity (Annex 2); (c) risk assessment of possible negative impact of non-pathogenic GMO on environment (Annex 3); (d) issued permits for release GMO to environment for testing (Annex 4
