This Order applies to vessels with a gross tonnage less than 400 authorized to carry more than 15 individuals and vessels of 400 gross tonnage and above, located in or outside the EEZ, the Baltic region and/or outside Danish territorial waters - setting regulations in regard to the discharge of sewage from ships and platforms.
