【 摘 要 】

These provisions amend the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations in order to put them in line with the provisions laid down at the European Community level by Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emissions allowance trading within the Community.
