【 摘 要 】

This Law establishes the founder, manager, administrator, council of the state-owned company Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant Decommissioning Fund and regulates the accumulation, use, accounting, control of use of the Fund and liquidation thereof. The founder of the Fund is the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, the Governor is the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, and the administrator is the State Enterprise Energetics Agency and public institution Ignalina Nuclear Power Plan
