【 摘 要 】

These Regulations amend the Sea Pollution (Prevention of Oil Pollution) Regulations 2007 for purposes of giving effect to two amendments to Annex I of the MARPOL Convention relating to ship-to-ship transfer operations for cargo oil and requirements for compliance by ships' crews for on-board management of oil residue (sludge).
