【 摘 要 】

This Law makes provision for the registration of ships in Jersey and navigation by Jersey ships and other ships in Jersey waters. It also provides, among other things, for the safety of fishing vessels and the prevention of pollution by ships. The Law provides for implementation of international agreements in these fields.
