【 摘 要 】

This Act makes provision for a wide range of matters relative to housing, spatial planning and development, the environment, prevention of pollution and landscape protection. The Minister shall prepare every five years an environment management plan in accordance with section 1.4. Chapter 4 concerns the management of (hazardous) waste and also concerns wastewater discharge and obligations under the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal.
