【 摘 要 】

These Regulations prescribes the particulars of the matters required by section 101(1) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 to be contained in the register of information that shall be maintained by the Secretary of State as a licensing authority. The particulars concern applications and licences for licensable marine activities as identified by section 66 of the Act.
