【 摘 要 】

This Regional Act aims at preventing air pollution and lays down provisions on monitoring of air quality. The Regional Council is responsible for fixing emission limits, pursuant to article 271 of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 2006 (Code on the Environment). Article 7 concerns the drawing up and approval of the Regional Plan for the Protection of Ambient Air Quality.
