The Order applies to the transportation of ship-generated waste. Reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues from ships must be established in every Danish port. The Danish Nature Agency shall also grant companies shipping and/or receiving oil, ship-repairing companies and bunkering companies an injunction to establish facilities destined to the reception of oil mixed ballast, tank washing water, sewer waste-water.
