【 摘 要 】

This Regional Decree approves in the Annex the structure of the Regional Secretariat for Natural Resources (SRRN). The Annex, consisting of 4 Chapters and 1 Annex, specifies composition, duties and responsibilities of the SRRN, entitled to implement Regional policy on agriculture and livestock, fisheries and aquaculture, rural development, agricultural capacity development and rural extension, forestry, coastal zone management for matters related to sea, environment, land planning and water reso
