【 摘 要 】

A piece of basic legislation laying down provisions relating to the principle of sustainability. In particular, the Act establishes that the Republic of Austria (Federation, Länder and municipalities) is committed to the principle of sustainability in view of animal protection, comprehensive environment protection, granting of water and food supply and research. The text consists of 8 articles.
