【 摘 要 】

This Decision approves the master plan on socio-economic development in the Red River delta through 2020, with the following principal objectives: boost the region’s socio-economic development; make the best use of the region’s advantages to boost growth and competitiveness together with sustainable development; prioritize and focus on the development of a number of spearhead sectors which are capable of driving and leading other sectors’ development and creating specific brand names for the reg
