【 摘 要 】

The Order enforces implementation date (1 July 2013) of provisions regarding the restructuring of taxation on plant protection products (for environmental criteria and simplification of biocides taxation) as well as the enforcement to 1 September 2013 of article 2, No. 2, 4 and 5 of Act No. 277 with regard to biocides, digital communication, information on other products and the registration of substances, mixtures and other related commodities.
