【 摘 要 】

The present Ordinance implements the Seabed Mining Act of 6 June 1995 (BGBl. I p. 778, 782). Article 1 establishes that the Federal Mining, Energy and Geology Agencys levies fees for official acts according to the enclosed Annex. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
