【 摘 要 】

Any organization/association may request a municipal board to create a water council for the second planning period, as defined under article 25, section 1. The local council establishes which municipality within the main water catchment area may carry out secretarial services to the Water Board in the preparation of action program additionally to streams measures, as defined under art. 25, sect. 5.
