【 摘 要 】

This Act lays down some amendmends and addenda to Act on prevention of marine pollution by vessels pursuant to the legislation of the European Commission. In particular the present Act lays down provisions concerning methods of emission reduction as an alternative to the use of marine fuel meeting the requirements and additional quality criteria (amended art. 13c and supplemented art. 13da-13dg).
