These Regulations amend the European Communities (Geological Storage of Carbon Dioxide) Regulations 2011 by: giving a definition of “CO2 stream” (a flow of substances that results from CO2 capture processes) and “Geological storage of CO2” (injection accompanied by storage of CO2 streams in underground geological formations) and various other definitions; to add new provisions on the CO2 stream acceptance criteria and procedure, Third Party Access to transport network and storage sites and settl
