【 摘 要 】

This Law, consisting of 13 Chapters, creates the Environmental Regularization Programme for Rural Properties of the State of Paraná (PRA). It establishes the above mentioned Environmental Programme within the State of Paraná, comprising a set of actions and initiatives to be developed by landowners and users in order to adapt and promote environmental compliance in accordance with Chapter XIII of the Federal Law No. 12.651.
