【 摘 要 】

This Regional Law regulates protection of greenery, including recreational forests, green vegetation and shrubbery planted for recreational, sanitary and hygienic, aesthetic and ecological purposes, in urban and inhabited areas. Protection of recreational forests shall be performed with a view of combating pests, diseases and contrasting negative impact of economic and other activities thereupon, and also for contrasting destruction of vegetation. Damaging and destruction of urban greenery shall
