【 摘 要 】

With a view to contribute to the social and economic development of the Social Republic of Viet Nam, Germany enables Viet Nam to receive financial contributions from the German Development Bank for the project “Programme Town Development/Sewerage”; and a financial contribution from the Energy and Climate Fund for the project “Protection and sustainable management of forest ecosystems in Central Viet Nam”. However, the elegibility of projects has to determined and projects have to be confirmed as
