【 摘 要 】

This Norm, consisting of 13 articles, establishes the requirements to be satisfied by remote distance electronic environmental licensing issued by CPRH, to be used for activities considered with low potentiality of pollution. The above mentioned environmental licensing will be issued in a simplified manner, through the issuance of Simple Licence - LS, the concession for location, installation and operation of projects and activities to which it refers, according to the criteria and procedural gu
