【 摘 要 】

This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of environmental fees in current and comparable prices. The aforesaid calculation shall be performed by the National Statistics Committee on annual basis. Environmental fees shall include: (a) expenditure for protection and rational management of surface waterbodies; (b) expenditure for protection and conservation of atmospheric air and ozone layer; (c) environmental protection against negative impact of waste; (d) maintenance of protected ar
